Immobiliare.it, one of Italy’s leading property portals, has partnered with the Duch company, Floorplanner B.V, which specialises in interactive floor plans in order to provide a listing experience that goes beyond a handful of photos.

“Giving realtors and house hunters a fresh look at property listings is just what we’re after”, said Carlo Giordano, CEO of Gruppo Immobiliare.it. “We’re very happy to be working with Floorplanner, who are known as the best of the best when it comes to floor plans”.

Immobiliare.it understands that interactive floor plans to easily explore and visualise spaces will give them a competitive edge.

Floorplanner CEO Jeroen Bekkers shares that opinion. “Experience has shown us that letting people get an idea of the space of a place – in this case with interactive 3D and 2D floor plans – is a surefire way to involve them in a property. We’re very happy to be working with Immobiliare, who think the same way we do”.

With nearly 4 million users, Floorplanner claims to be the best place on the web for visitors to create and view floor plans, with intuitive drawing tools and a library of 3D and 2D assets that span thousands of pieces of furniture. Their deal with Immobiliare is one of a series that brings their platform to property portals around the world.
