Spanish company homein.com recently launches its USA section, making it possible for anyone looking to either purchase or rent a property in the US, to search all 50 states for the ideal listing which they might be able to eventually call ‘home’.
Homein.com General Manager, Paul Lupson says “I’m excited about launching in the USA; the take up of XML property feeds is greater in the US than in Europe at the moment, so we are already connected to over 100 realtors in the US.”
The agents, with whom homein.com is connected in the US, provide well over 30,000 properties available for browsing via the site’s USA section.
Although a number like 30,000 is substantial, it merely scratches the surface of a market as vast as the US’. Upon conducting some random searching on the USA section of Homein.com, PPW found that in some cases a state as densely populated as New York offered a mere 34 listings, whereas Georgia had a whopping 6,504 and Florida (one of the most popular states for purchasing real estate) only 1,636.
Surely more property listings are on the horizon for homein.com’s US real estate market section; in due time it will be brimming with available properties, even in states like Alaska, where it currently only has one listing.
