Begbies Traynor, business rescue and recovery specialist, has launched an online property portal focusing on distressed properties, available for immediate sale.

The website features a wide range of commercial, retail, industrial properties as well as residential property spanning a wide range of sectors; allowing professional property investors to view the full portfolio of insolvent properties – including residential and commercial – for the first time online on begbies-traynorgroup.com.

Executive chairman (pictured) Ric Traynor said: “We are delighted to launch this distressed property portal which brings together the considerable assets under our control as well as providing a platform for other sellers to advertise their distressed properties.

“Volumes are rising rapidly and we expect the number of properties on the site to grow substantially over the next three months, due to the level of interest we have already received in the site.

“Although the UK real estate market remains slow, we are seeing significant levels of interest in the properties we have listed.”

There are approximately 350 residential, commercial, retail and industrial properties on the website based in the UK and abroad.
