Now, trulia.com users who open the Trulia Voices section will be asked to log in with Facebook to see agents their friends recommend:

Agents can now utilize happy clients and gain referrals from their network whether consumers are searching through Trulia’s Find a Pro directory or through Facebook News Feed.”
trulia.com explains that agents with more recommendations have a better chance of generating word-of-mouth referrals from their clients’ combined social spheres. Recommendations are also published to the agent’s Trulia profile, consumers’ Facebook profiles and their friends’ Facebook News Feeds.
