paatle.com, a new free-to-list real estate website that was nominated as one of this year’s Inman Innovator finalists, is now officially out of beta.
The website was first founded in February this year, and now says it has users and properties in 606 cities within 54 countries worldwide. Instead of a traditional listing search, paatle.com prompts users to create “seek” requests and then notifies real estate agents in the location the home hunter is interested in.
paatle.com’s other features include the ability to create city “watch lists” to find out when new properties are listed in a particular location, and the option to “follow” properties that are not yet on the market and receive updates when they become available.
paatle.com says this approach saves home hunters from spending time on “inefficient property searches across various portals and realtor websites.” While it is currently free-to-list, a paatle.com spokesperson says the website will introduce a “freemium” model in future.
“paatle.com intelligently brings properties to consumers while enabling the entire real estate eco-system of realtors, property owners, developers and managers to showcase their inventory like never before and interact directly with clients globally,” says paatle.com founder and CEO Peter Alfred-Adekeye. “We are very excited about the speed with which paatle.com has been adopted across the world and look forward to expanding our footprint even further in the years to come.”
