Hamburg’s NERGER//Radical Ideas Management created the campaign, which follows on from immobilienscout24.de’s “imagination rules the world” ad push in January this year. The campaign will cost several million Euros and run across TV, print and online with the tagline: “Well worth the comparison!”
“There is enormous potential in the topic of construction financing,” says Volker Wohlfahrth, immobilienscout24.de’s director of brand management and provider marketing. “Consumers no longer have to feel as petitioners at their local bank when they want to finance real estate. In this important decision for construction financing, we offer a platform to compare and select the best offer for them.”
According to immobilienscout24.de, 47 percent of all construction financing customers use the portal to find financing information.
Meanwhile, immobilienscout24.de is already sourcing ideas for its next ad campaign through the Jovoto crowdsourcing platform. The portal says it is looking for ideas on how to promote itself as an attractive employer, and is offering cash prizes to those who come up with the best ideas.
