zoopla.co.uk has signed an exclusive deal with BBC Worldwide to power the property search function on a new iPhone app featuring property duo Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer.
The new app is aimed at home buyers, and guides users through through each stage of the buying process from the first viewing to making an offer and closing the deal. The agreement means that zoopla.co.uk will provide its listings for users to search and make enquiries on directly from the app.
“We are delighted to be partnering with BBC Worldwide on what is sure to be a very successful property app,” says Alex Chesterman, zoopla.co.uk founder and CEO. “This partnership is a win-win, giving users of the new Kirstie and Phil iPhone app access to all our property listings and driving even more enquiries to our member agents.”
“The app is the first to combine an extensive property search function with great tools to help buyers manage their individual search, from tracking and scoring viewings, calculating finances and doing the deal to managing the move,” adds William Miller at BBC Worldwide. “As such we hope it will go some way to keeping the process stress free for house hunters, as well as on budget.”
Kirstie and Phil introduce the app in the video below, explaining that the property search function is one of its key features:
