immobilienscout24.de already has over 500 employees, but the market leading German portal is now looking to add more people to its team.
The portal says it will be looking for recruits at tomorrow’s “ImmobilienScout24 Congress” job fair in Berlin, which focuses on students, graduates and young professionals. immobilienscout24.de says that despite its large size, the portal has retained its start-up culture.
This hiring push comes after immobilienscout24.de opened its commercial network to foreign investors in June. The portal also ran a “social day” last month, halting its usual operations to allow employees to volunteer their time at non-profit organisations.
immobilienscout24.de currently claims to see over 5 million unique visitors per month. This puts it in a clear leadership position, ahead of immowelt.de, which claimed 2.4 million unique visitors in May this year, and immonet.de, which says it sees an average of 1.8 million unique visitors per month.
