london2let.com is the latest addition to the UK online real estate market, launching last month with the aim of becoming a “one-stop-shop” for London rental listings.
The new portal, which covers residential property, student accommodation and flatshares along with agent listings, says it is updated twice per day to give property hunters “a true reflection of the property available to rent in the capital.”
Not only will london2let.com be going up against established UK portals such as rightmove.co.uk, zoopla.co.uk and findaproperty.com, but it will also have to compete with other niche rentals portals including rentright.co.uk and lettingweb.com.
“The property industry is a highly competitive one when it comes to search engine optimisation, but we are confident we can achieve high traffic in the near future” says James Cunliffe of Compass Digital Media, who created the site. “L2L believes that one of the main points that sets them apart from their competitors is its sole focus on London.”
london2let.com officially launched in early May, and currently lists 3,265 properties along with 105 estate agents.
