Top German property portal immobilienscout24.de has launched a new iPhone app for people looking at building their own homes.
The free “Finance Planner” app offers information around construction financing including interest costs, a financing calculator, construction planner and a guidebook to help people find the right financing model.
“The mobile application offers helpful guidebooks making it plain even for the layman what should be paid attention to in construction financing, and why it is worth comparing several offers,” the portal says.
Along with its new mobile app, immobilienscout24.de is also highlighting the response to its young entrepreneurs program, “YOU IS NOW,” six months since its launch.
So far, there have been 96 applications for admission into the program, and two new companies – dotproperty and umzug-easy – have come on board. Participants in the program receive access to the immobilienscout24.de network for 12 months as well as a cash investment and advice from the portal.
At the start of March, immobilienscout24.de launched a restricted marketplace for investment buyers looking for properties over €5 million. The portal rolled out a new multi-channel ad campaign at the start of the year.
