Following on from the launch of its test site in October last year, Malaysian property portal iproperty.com.my has launched home-guru.com.my as another distribution channel for its advertisers.
iproperty.com.my says its 5,200 real estate agents across Malaysia will now have their properties distributed to home-guru.com.my, which offers a listing search as well as news and property guides. The new website also offers a loan calculator and a directory of over 2,000 condominiums around Malaysia with pictures and reviews of each property.
“Every month, we send over 200,000 leads to our advertisers,” says iProperty Group country manager for Malaysia Timothy Hor. “Now, with an additional free property website, we will be able to cast our net to an even wider audience, sending more leads and adding more value to advertisers of iProperty.com.”
iproperty.com.my has been creating a network of distribution partners over the past 12 months, and now sends its listings to malaysiakini.com.my, mysimplifieds.com, NewStraitsTimes’s e-Media, sinchew-i.com, MSN Malaysia, bernama.com and lelong.my.
