Spanish real estate portal idealista.com is the latest to come out with its own offering for iPad.
idealista.com claims that its new iPad app provides features that make it the most advanced in the Spanish real estate sector, including a map-based search, search by advertiser phone number, the inclusion of video, and a favourites function.
The portal adds that the free iPad app can also be used on the iPhone, but that each version has been optimised for each device. The video below shows the app in action:
idealista.com currently claims to list 701,335 properties and see over 4 million users per month.

This app is incredibly useful and unique in Spain, but it really needs further development because there are some major flaws in it.
