Leading German portal immobilienscout24.de has announced two upgrades this week, signing Nedstat to provide enhanced user behaviour tracking and releasing a home valuation option.
Nedstat describes itself as a European leader in web analytics and provides its services to the London Stock Exchange as well as companies such as Panasonic, Europcar and Renault.
Nedstat’s press release explains that it will analyse and optimise immobilienscout24.de’s website as well as its mobile portal.
Using Nedstat’s Sitestat product, immobilienscout24.de will be able to undertake traffic analysis of various groups. Sitestat’s live segmentation function provides the ability to view website visitor behaviour in real time.
“Sitestat enables us to gear our portal exactly to the preferences of our customers,” said Thomas Koschel, immobilienscout24.de’s director of reporting. “We are thereby able to keep customer satisfaction on a superior level and help distributors increase their contract conclusions.”
immobilienscout24.de users can now also use its KompaktWert home valuation tool to assess properties. The portal says it takes details such as the year of construction, floor space and location into account to come up with an evaluation.
Users pay a fee for these valuations, but immobilienscout24.de says that if there are not enough comparable properties in its database to generate a valuation, they will be sent an overview for free.
immobilienscout24.de is part of the Scout24 network of online marketplaces owned by Deutsche Telekom. It put its monthly unique users at 4.4 million in August this year.
