Property Ads on Google and Yahoo!

movingadvantage.com is making targeted advertisements on Google and Yahoo! a reality for home owners and estate agents in the UK.

Rather than creating yet another portal or search engine, the company makes use of existing search engine technology.

movingadvantage.com works as a third party setting up sponsored advertisements on the UK’s two leading search engines, Google and Yahoo!. Customised campaigns for estate agents can be provided from as little as 15 pence per lead (typical pay per click structure), with traffic going directly to the agent’s own website or the private seller’s listing.

As the company says:

“We provide you with a big ADvertising ADvantage giving your sale or house-swap a much needed boost in this difficult property market. This service can operate on top of your current online marketing and typically provides a doubling of interest in your online property details – wherever they are.”

movingadvantage.com is a trading style of online agent and Home Information Pack supplier, Jane Earl Ltd.

Whether their service will prove as popular as automated feeds to free-to-list property search engines like globrix.com, or as cost effective as the major pay-to-list portals, remains to be seen.

There is nothing to stop individual agents or property owners from taking out sponsored search engine ads themselves, without the assistance of movingadvantage.com. In fact one seller did this lately for their two bedroom flat in North London’s Highbury, attracting loads of attention with sponsored ads linking to the cleverly named URL googlehouse.co.uk.
